Training Session for Community Records, Feature IT, Outreach Services

Community Records are records that represent an organization such as service organizations, Friends of the Library, Book Clubs, etc. This session demonstrates how to configure and use these records.

Feature IT provides options to promote selected materials, community records or events.

Outreach Services provides services to patrons that are unable to come into the library - either because they are home-bound or in an institution setting such as a nursing home.  This module includes discussion regarding scheduling, routes, building profiles and requests.

Run time = approximately 3 hours
