- Today's meeting is the last meeting of 2021
- NDI taught their last library class of the semester & has an upcoming ag debate on "Meat eaters vs. Vegetarians"
- We need a new Fulfillment user group chair for 2022-2023
- Elections are happening in December
- Voting will occur on the ODIN website (must be signed in to vote)
- Lynn discussed how to check to see if you have an account & how to change your password
- Do we have any volunteers to add to the voting ballot?

Favorites Menu
- Nicole did a brief demonstration on using the Favorites/Quick Links menu and pinning to your Alma screen
- The Favorites/Quick Links menu is tied only to your login
Maximum Renewal Period
- Found in the Loan Terms of Use
- This setting is responsible for the total amount of time a patron is allowed to have an item checked out
- Includes original loan period plus subsequent renewals
- Note: Alma doesn't count the number of renewals for a loan. Instead, the item can be renewed until the 'Maximum Renewal Period' limit is met
2022 Fulfillment User Group meetings will be held the first Friday of every other month at 9:30am CST
Nicole will send out an invite for the 2022 meetings which will be held via TEAMS
