April 11, 2019 - The Go-Live date for transitioning from Aleph to Polaris is December 11, 2019. We have begun some onboarding tasks and will share along the way project timelines and important information as we know it. For now, we have been informed that cutover is scheduled to begin Thursday, December 5, 2019, with Go-Live for all public/k12/special libraries taking place Wednesday, December 11, 2019. You will be able to check out, check in and register patrons during the cutover. Some of you may have heard of a phased approach to loading the libraries but it has been decided to do all libraries in one phase to minimize downtime. Please plan on lots of information coming your way in the coming weeks and months. There will be some critical data review and environment acceptance testing along the way and the ODIN Office will be there to guide you. Again, as soon as the project schedule is finalized, we’ll pass it along.
