Each chair is elected for two calendar years and some groups only meet a few times each year so the time commitment is minimal. ODIN Office staff takes care of meeting logistics, prepares agendas, and posts recordings/minutes. Nominees will be contacted to make sure they wish to be on the ballot prior to the elections.
