ILL user group clean-up: Is it ok to consolidate the following ILL user groups into one ILL group
- ILL, ILL USER, ILL SUPPLIER, ILL STAFF USER, ILL-EXTERNAL
- Several libraries agreed to consolidate their ILL groups
- Enhanced request cancellation after "date needed by" has passed
- Have there been any issues since this went live?
- UND has had Borrowing requests automatically canceled because patron entered wrong 'date needed by' and Completed requests are somehow getting canceled
- Nicole submitted a ticket to Ex Libris about this issue
