Polaris Support has a fix to resolve the LEAP unresponsive episodes. They have tested it on TRN and are ready to install on PROD.
To minimize the impact on the libraries, it is scheduled for SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 6th at 6 pm.
There will be a brief time (less than 5 minutes) that the Polaris Client, LEAP and PAC will be unavailable as ERMS is restarted.
The systems will be verified when their maintenance has been completed and an “all clear” message will be sent out
