MEEP is an enhancement process which allows ODIN to vote as a consortium on improvements we would like to see included in upcoming versions of Polaris Leap.
The list of candidates eligible for the 7.8 enhancement cycle has been narrowed down and now is the time to vote. Top-voted enhancements are guaranteed to be developed for Leap 7.8 (anticipated release in Q2 of 2025).
How you can help:
Follow the links below to view details on each enhancement candidate in the Polaris Idea Exchange:
- Ability to place holds on all items in a record set
- Better handling of “Display” items
- Count renewals separately
- Custom columns in record sets
- Display additional record types in “Recent” workform tracker
- Improve Leap offline by not relying on saved data in browser cache
- Improve receipt printing from Leap
- Not-supplied holds, change back to on hold if item becomes available
Please send feedback either directly to me (nicole.m.murphy@ndus.edu) or via ODIN Help Ticket by Wednesday, October 9th indicating which enhancements from the list you or your library would find most beneficial. If possible, please rank them in order of importance.
Feedback from across ODINland will be combined and will determine the votes our consortium will cast for this cycle.
Please contact Nicole.M.Murphy@ndus.edu if you have any questions!
