DNS Issues affecting ALMA access on campus and via VPN
We have received reports from a few libraries regarding difficulty in accessing ALMA and/or PrimoVE this morning. In our testing, we appear to be able to access when not on one of the campuses AND not on VPN. The NDUS Status page (https://status.ndus.edu/) indicates they are investigating a problem with DNS resolution and it is likely causing the issues this morning.

Upstream provider has resolved the incident. Thank you for your patience. For application incidents, please try clearing your cache and cookies if you are still experiencing problems.
