For all you early morning risers –
The NDUS authentication server is scheduled for routine updates on Tuesday 6/20/23 from 5am to 8am. During this time there will be intermittent outages (very brief) while the system restarts services. If you try to authenticate during the outages, you may receive an error.
The following applications are authenticated through NAM and the outage periods will impact patrons using NDUS SAML:
ODIN Alma
ODIN EZProxy
ODIN Primo
ODIN Overdrive
ODIN AuthGate
Maintenance is expected to be completed by 8am.
All systems except ALMA were updated by 7:10. ALMA update was complete by 8:18 am.
