• WFP – Out of 4 staff members, Adult Services department is understaffed, some interviews pending
• DIP – Midst of construction to add square footage, should be done by July
• NDSL – Ordering for vending machines/vendor issues
• ODIN – Let ODIN know about staff additions/changes/departures so website and permissions can be updated

• 8.0 upgrade features
  • New Fiscal Year Rollover Utility
  • Polaris System Administration Modules
  • Configuring Vendor Accounts in Polaris System Administration
  • Configuring the Use of the Initial Article Table in Leap
  • Polaris 8.0 production upgrade – February 26^th, 2026
