LIBRARY STAFF TRAINING
Hello! I'm Linda Allbee, and the trainer for the ODIN office. I bring to ODIN 19 years of library experience in both public and academic libraries, as well as 5 years of ALEPH training experience. I welcome your input; please let me know if there are particular areas or topics you would like to have considered for training sessions and/or documentation.
WebEx and InterWise recorded training sessions
First Time Users: You must set up your computer to view WebEx or Interwise training materials. See the following paragraphs for set up instructions.
WebEx: Some ODIN training materials are available in the WebEx format used by the North Dakota Univeristy System. The first time you run this material on your computer you will need to download and install a free viewer to use this material format. Go to the WebEx site and download the viewer. For general installation instructions go to the ConnectND site.
Interwise: Some ODIN trainng materials are available in the InterWise format used by Ex Libris. The first time you run this material on your computer you will need to download and install a free viewer to use this material format. Go to the Interwise site to install the viewer. You will need to run a program presented by the site to install the InterWise viewer. After the program installs itself a demo meeting will start. You do not need to continue but may do so to learn about InterWise. Your PC has been prepared for future InterWise sessions.
If you need the login and password for the sessions, please contact the ODIN Office.
