Request Technical Support regarding ALEPH (ODIN Library GUI client & modules) / Submittal HELP
- If you need help to accomplish a task, have a question about the Aleph GUI client or modules, or need general help with Aleph, please submit a HELP DESK ticket (see above link). This service is available to ODIN member system librarians.
If you are a user of North Dakota libraries, then please contact your library to request help with a particular problem.
Request help regarding ONLINE DATABASES
- If you are having trouble accessing an EBSCO, GALE, PROQUEST or other online databases and are receiving access via ODIN services,please submit a HELP DESK ticket (see above link). This service is available to all North Dakotans.
Request help regarding a REGISTRATION LOAD or DOCUTEK
